After missing the last four games to due to a nagging groin injury, Hawks forward DeMarre Carroll is active and will return to the floor tonight against the Detroit Pistons at 7:00.
The Hawks have gone 2-2 without Carroll this season, but are coming off a putrid home loss to the lowly Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday night earlier this week.
Having Carroll back should be a huge boost for the Hawks starting unit that has struggled of late in Carroll’s absence.
Carroll is averaging 12.8 points, 6.7 boards and 1.6 assists per 36 minutes in six games this season.
